对美国西雅图希尔斯高中访问结束后，南开学子又回到熟悉的校园，趣味无穷的课堂、美味可口的食堂饭菜……仿佛从未离开过。此次交流访问的时间短暂，但同学们却收获满满，他们有着怎样的见闻和收获呢？让我们一起听听他们的感言。

让我印象最为深刻的是当地的体育场馆设施建设，希尔斯高中对面是一个标准的足球场，旁边有遮雨棚的阶梯看台，四周铁栅栏围绕。附近还有几个棒球场地，一个篮球场，四个网球场。再往旁边是当地的社区中心，里面有一个室内篮球场、台球室等设施。这些运动场基本上都是免费开放的，为学生和当地的人提供了良好的锻炼条件。

Seattle, I don’t know why the city’s name sounds so rainy. You know what? I was right this time. Plus the moist air, gentle weather and a friendly city. And there still be others reasons to prove that.
    My host student is an Asian girl called “Zhen”, who has been adopted by an American couple. I never asked them about that cause we get along so well with each other. Surprisingly, making food there is without smoke, which seems very healthy.

令我印象最深刻的是徒步旅行。我们与美国学生互相帮助，熬过清晨的霜寒，渡过泥泞，最终一同站在山顶，享受俯视“万物”的满足和喜悦，惊叹自然的美妙，同时也让我们体会到了坚持的意义。
    离别的前一天，我们都留下了眼泪，But the story never ends. 相信在未来的时光里，会有更多的学生加入到交流访问中，继续谱写动人心弦的故事。既然离别难避，那就保持记忆的鲜亮，在思念时，照亮我们的心房。

I deeply remember that most of us, whether Chinese students or American students in the program, cried when we bid farewell to each other because we knew that it was a forever goodbye to some of the foreign students who will not come to China next year. We did achieve the bonds of our friendship despite of the long distance between the two countries and cultures.
    We not only made friends there but also learned to tackle issues. At the beginning, we had obstacles in language, lifestyle, different studying environments and so on. However, we overcame these challenges through communication eventually.

Yes, it's always interesting to travel and see the world. We did lots of visiting, such as our field trips to the Museum of flight, the Safeco Field, the Pike Place and the Alki Beach etc.

对事物的不了解常常会引发恐惧，就像古代人对雷没有科学的认识，觉得那是天神的怒火，只会引来灾难与恐慌。去美国之前，网上流传着有关美国的各种各样偏面的说法，但到了美国之后，发现他们对我们很热情，也很尊重，我们相处起来非常愉快。

We spent most of the time with our host families, who helped us to be better integrated into their lives. They treated us as their own friends and we naturally made fun of each other. We made a vow to each other “soon we’ll get together again.” The little oath is the witness of our friendship. I will never forget them, the moments we spent together, the jokes that just belong to us...
